If you are using acne products and have complaints about its side effects like allergy then make sure that the product you are using is free from benzoyl peroxide. This chemical is an ingredient for acne medicines which cause peeling, itching and swelling on skin. Although medicines that contains this chemical are effective at times but most of the time it creates allergy problem and the above side effects. Now the question is to how could you know that the product you are using is free from Benzoyl peroxide?

There are certain signs that can tell you that the product you are using contain this chemical. Therefore to avoid these side effects and death causing diseases you should check out for the product that has no Benzoyl peroxide. Now days, Resveratrol is a best substitute for this chemical. Oxford University proves by their recent report that resveratrol can be used in place of benzoyl as it is less likely to harm and an effective ingredient for acne oriented products. It's a natural ingredient obtained from red wines and its use gives soothing and anti aging effect on skin.

In Medical Studies it is proved that natural remedies are of least concern about the health issues as there are all natural ingredients and there is no side effect in using it. Even natural remedies are more feasible as compare to products with harmful chemicals. Therefore it would be wise to use those products that are free from all sort of harmful chemicals especially benzoyl peroxide otherwise you would end up in a hitch.
